We use popular international courier companies such as DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/ Hanjin etc.. to deliver your goods depending on the country of delivery. The delivery time varies from 48 hours to 7 days depending on the destination.
B. International Express EMS Speedpost
We use Singapore Post’s Worldwide Express EMS Speed Post service to deliver the goods. The delivery time varies from 48 hours to 7 days depending on the destination.
C. International Standard Speedpost
We use Singapore Post’s Worldwide Standard Speed Post service to deliver the goods. The delivery time varies from 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.
D. Sea freight
This option is more economical for bulky items like Big Screen TVs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Photocopiers, etc or if you have placed an order for several items for example to furnish a home or office with various electronic equipment.
Sea freight charges will not be reflected on your order confirmation. Once your order is received, we will e-mail or fax you the sea freight charges. The sea freight charges should be paid by Demand Draft or Telegraphic Transfer.
We will ship your orders as soon as possible on the first available vessel. However the original Bill of Lading which is required to clear the cargo at the port of destination will only be sent to you when we receive payment of the
sea freight charges. Once goods arrive at the port of your choice clearance of cargo must be undertaken by you. This is not a door to door delivery service.
However most shipping agents in your port can have the cargo cleared and delivered to you. These arrangements must be made by you. All clearing charges, custom charges and taxes, if any, are to your account.
E. Self Collection at our store
The merchandise ordered by you will be kept at our store for your collection. You can collect the goods upon producing the Order Confirmation sent by us through email.
Any change of particulars (e.g. Receiver's address, messages; etc) must be made within 24 hours after placing the order or before delivery, which ever is earlier.

2. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns.
3. Crediting your Returns Once your return has been processed, we will refund your credit card within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
